Welcome to my show!

The Origin of ‘You’re Worthless Podcast’ & The Mission Behind My Business

I started You’re Worthless Podcast during one of the lowest points in my life. After going through a painful divorce, navigating toxic work environments, and facing my own internal struggles with self-worth, I found myself asking the same question so many others do: Am I even worthy of the life I dream of?

It was in that moment of doubt that I made a choice—to reclaim my power, rewrite my story, and prove to myself that worthiness is not something you earn; it’s something you remember.

You’re Worthless Podcast was born from that realization. It’s not just a platform to share insights; it’s a movement to dismantle the toxic belief that we have to prove ourselves to be deserving. The irony of the name? It’s what so many of us have been made to feel—but it’s also the very belief we must shatter to step into our full power.

This journey led me to build Nic Nierras Wholistic Lifestyle—a coaching practice dedicated to helping individuals break through limiting beliefs, align their mind, soul, and body, and step into their true calling. Whether it’s through transformational coaching, hypnotherapy, or holistic guidance, my mission remains the same: to help you remember your worth, claim your authenticity, and create a life of abundance and fulfillment.

Because here’s the truth: You were never worthless. You were always meant to shine.

How My Heart Attack Woke Me the F* Up with Dr Evette Rose #nicnierras #podcast

The Nic Nierras Wholistic Lifestyle and Podcast 23 hours ago

Summary

In this enlightening conversation, Saul shares her journey from a challenging childhood to becoming a beacon of hope for others. She discusses the impact of her upbringing on her self-worth and how her Buddhist practice has shaped her approach to mental health. The discussion emphasizes the importance of mindfulness, community support, and the transient nature of emotions. Saul encourages listeners to face their realities, seek help, and embrace their worthiness, reminding us that we are all in this together.

Who is our guest?

Today’s guest is Saw Myint, a Burmese-Australian mother of two, based in Sydney. At 52 years old, she brings a unique blend of professional rigour and heartfelt purpose: from her roots as a CPA-qualified finance broker and property developer, to a lifetime of community service that began when she was just 20. Over the years, her journey shifted into a deeper mission—helping others with what she calls “Self Mental Health Care / Stress Relief Practices — the Buddha way, backed by science.”

Her teaching is open-minded and inclusive, rooted in her Buddhist practice (which began around age 30) but offered in a way that transcends religious boundaries. She invites people from “any religious background” to explore how inner calm can be cultivated through understanding how our mind and body respond to the present moment, rather than being swept away by memory, image or reflection.

Whether you’re navigating work stress, relationships, self-worth or simply the ups and downs of life, today’s conversation promises practical insights into how we might stay steady when life throws us curveballs.
